Consulting

How it works

You have something real — an idea you want to validate, a product you want to sell, a grant you want to apply for, a business you want to grow into something new. I work with you hands-on, one-on-one, using the same methods and tools I use to build my own ventures.

This isn't a course. You won't watch videos or sit through lectures. You'll do the actual work — the research, the positioning, the outreach, the application — and I'll be alongside you, reacting to what you produce, pushing where it's weak, and showing you how I'd approach it when you're stuck.

"Think of it the way a screenwriting mentorship works: you write the script, I read every draft and work through it with you. Except here, the 'script' is your market research, your website, your grant application, or your go-to-market plan."

Two ways to work together

Project

You have a defined goal — validate an idea, write a grant application, research a new market, package a product for launch. We agree on the deliverable, I charge a flat fee, and we work together until it's done.

When the project is finished, it's finished. If there's a natural next phase (there often is), we can open a new round — but there's no pressure and no ongoing commitment.

Typical timeline: 4–8 weeks

Retainer

You have an ongoing need — a business that's actively growing, a site that needs continuous attention, a market that keeps shifting. We start with an onboarding phase to get aligned, then I'm available on an ongoing monthly basis for consulting, research, and hands-on work.

Cancel anytime.

Who this is for

  • You have a product, a business, or a concrete idea — not just a vague interest in "AI" or "starting something."

  • You're willing to do the work yourself. I'm not an agency that does it for you while you wait. I work with you so you learn the methods and can keep going independently.

  • You could be anyone: a solo founder with a first idea, a small company launching a new product line, a professional preparing a funding application, a creative building something new.

The only real requirement is that you show up with something specific you want to make happen.

What clients have built

A financial education brand

She had deep expertise in personal finance but no clear path to her audience. We identified the specific customer segments, built a site that speaks directly to them, and mapped the channels to reach them. The brand is now live and growing.

A painting company entering a new market

An established painting business decided to start selling spray equipment — a product their existing customers didn't buy. We researched the actual market for spray machines in Iceland, built a dedicated product site, identified the buyers, and created the outreach strategy to reach them. A completely different customer base from their core business, found and approached from scratch.
